Returns and Exchanges
Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, please review our Returns and Exchanges Policy below.
Note: Only applicable for orders in Singapore. For International orders, strictly no returns/exchanges.
1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
- Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
- To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused, unworn, and in the original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
2. Initiating a Return or Exchange
- To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at info@babeco.shop .
- Include your order number(please forward your order confirmation) and reason for the return or exchange in your message. We will guide you through the next steps.
3. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return delivery costs.
4. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, credited back to you via Paynow.
Note: If your returned item does not meet our return T&Cs, it will be sent back to you at $5 (via Paynow).
5. Defective* Product
- If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 14 days of receipt.
- We may ask for photographs of the item to assist in processing your claim.
*Minor stitching issues and factory markings are not considered defects.
6. Non-Returnable/Exchangable Items
- All sales items cannot be returned/exchanged.
